The right of withdrawal

If you have purchased something from the Wolgoeroe online shop, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days.

You don’t need to give a reason for this, but we would, of course, appreciate it if you did. Based on this information, we may then be able to make improvements to the products in question or to our services.

Withdrawal period

During the statutory 14-day cancellation period, you are permitted to try out the product just as you would in our high-street shop. To do so, you may remove the product from its packaging, unless the packaging is sealed (as is the case, for example, with bottles of paint). Please ensure that you do not damage the packaging unnecessarily. If you have done more than was necessary to assess the product and this has resulted in signs of use or damage, or if you have used (part of) the product, we may charge you for this.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, took possession of the product.

If you have ordered several items with different delivery times in a single order, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the last product or part was received by you, or by a third party designated by you.

Once you have agreed a regular supply of products with us, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, take physical possession of the first product.

Returns

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the product to us within 14 days at the latest, and send an email to info@wolgoeroe.nl stating that you are exercising your right of withdrawal. Please also include proof of dispatch with a Track & Trace code. We can only process a returned product once the parcel has been received by Wolgoeroe.

Where possible, you should return the product in its original packaging and, in any case, ensure that it is adequately protected in packaging suitable for the product in question. The original shipping packaging is usually ideal for this purpose.

Refunds and charges

In the event of a cancellation, you will receive a refund, excluding the cost of the initial delivery, as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after you have indicated your wish to exercise your right of cancellation. We will refund you using the same payment method you used to pay us, unless you agree a different method with us.

You are responsible for the costs and risk associated with the return shipment. We estimate that these costs will amount to no more than double the delivery charges we charged you for sending your order. However, for some heavy or large parcels, and with certain carriers or delivery methods, this amount may be higher. Please check the PostNL or DHL websites for the rates for the most common delivery methods.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Supplies to individuals and legal entities purchasing the goods for business purposes.
• Products made to your specifications.
• If your order has been dispatched to a country outside the European Union.
